I enjoy traveling. Mostly. Even traveling with children. Not to crazily remote places, not to fancy all-inclusive resorts, but somewhere in between.
Since this is my travel blog, I figure I should keep track of where I’ve been. As of mid 2007, I’ve been to 37 states and DC, but none of the “North” or “South” ones. Odd that I never noticed that before…

Maybe I shouldn’t claim Mississippi and Alabama – I was sleeping on a bus driving from Houston to Florida, and don’t remember much of them… Similarly for Oregon – I know I’ve been there, but sadly, I don’t remember much. And actually, I might have been to Wisconsin – I have a vague memory that on a trip to Minneapolis we crossed the river just to say we’d been to Wisconsin. But I’m not positive, so I won’t claim it for now.
My visited countries map looks kind of pathetic, since most of the countries I’ve visited are relatively small (Cyprus, Costa Rica, the Benelux troika). Brazil, on the other hand, makes an impressive red spot on here!
